In 1950, he made his way to the United States, settling in Dayton, Ohio. There, he built a new life, starting a scrap metal business. His wife, Sabina, who was also a Holocaust survivor from his hometown and an Auschwitz survivor, passed away six years ago.
Jack has three children, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, continuing his family’s legacy despite the hardships he endured during the Holocaust.
